Stuart bought Dominion Accounting & Tax Services in May 2010 and re-located the office back to its original space on Main Street in Covington.
Stuart Graduated from Virginia Tech in 1989 and has been a certified public accountant since 1994 with experience in Payroll, Tax, Accounting, Controllership, and Business Consultations. Stuart has over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sector across a wide variety of industries.
